Please read and complete each statement below carefully to confirm your child’s place on this trip:

1. We/I can confirm that we/I agree for my child to attend the Highclare Geography trip to the Azores in October 2026. *
2. We/I understand that we/I need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £407.82 by Friday 4th July 2025 through parent pay in order to secure a place on this trip. *

Payment schedule:

Non-refundable deposit - £407.82 by Friday 4th July 2025 

  • £458.80 – 15 October 2025
  • £458.80 15 January 2026
  • £458.80 15 March 2026
  • £458.80 15 May 2026
  • June/July 2026 Final balance TBC. This final payment is expected to be in the region of £509.78 depending on flight costs and group size. Confirmation will be given nearer the time.

I understand that failure to pay the instalments by the dates given will jeopardise my child's place on this trip.

3. We/I understand that there will need to be regular instalments as indicated above. Failure to pay instalments by the dates given will jeopardise my child`s place on this trip. *
4. We/I understand that current NHS guidelines advise those visiting Azores to have MMR and influenza inoculations (if indicated). NHS guidelines indicate, although not essential, it may be worth considering hepatitis A, hepatitis B, rabies and tetanus inoculations. We / I will arrange vaccinations as recommended by health practitioners for my child. *
6. We/I understand that my child’s passport must have at least 6 months validity beyond our intended date of exit from the Azores , as part of the entry requirements for the Azores. *
7 Does your child have a British Passport? *
7a. If you answered no in 7 please complete. I understand that it is my responsibility to arrange and obtain any necessary visas for the Azores for my child as they do not have a British passport.


I understand that my child will lose their place on this visit if school fees are not paid by the due date each term between now and the trip departure (January, April and September 2026).
