Positive Pebble

1. Find a stone from your garden or a walk.

2. Give it a good clean and a scrub.

3. Get out your paints or felt tip pens.

4. Enjoy a little mindfulness while colouring all your layers.

5. Fill it with the positive and happy things in YOUR life.

6. Whenever you feel a little sad, hold your Positive Pebble and remember all the things that make you happy :-)
